The Law of Time

The Law of Time is a universal law and principle. It states that time is the universal factor of synchronization.
The Law of Time distinguishes between a natural timing frequency that governs the universal order, and an artificial timing frequency which sets modern human civilization apart from the rest of its environment, the biosphere.
The effect of basing a civilization on artificial timing factors - an irregular calendar and the mechanical clock - has resulted in the creation of an artificial global mantle, the technosphere. By consuming natural resources faster than they can be replaced and creating more waste than can be eliminated, the technosphere operates at the expense of the biosphere. Hence, the current global crisis.
The Law of Time affirms that all of the planetary upheavals and social chaos that we are experiencing today are directly related to giving precedence to human laws and machine technology, rather than divine order and natural law. This is due to living a collective misperception of time known as the 12:60 frequency. This refers to the 12 month cycle of the irregular Gregorian calendar paced by the 60 minute clock.
Living in artificial time disconnects us both as a species and individually from our true nature. We always feel like we never have “enough time.” In the 12:60 frequency, time is money. In the 13:20 frequency, time is art.
The 13:20 ratio of the natural timing frequency coded into the Tzolkin – the 260-unit harmonic matrix. The 13:20 frequency can also be found in our body: we have 13 main articulations and 20 fingers and toes.
The Law of Time affirms that by the nature of the universal timing frequency the world is already as one. It is only humankind who has chosen separation. This separation is reinforced by separation in time, living by the clock and the irregular measure of the Gregorian calendar keeps the world from being as one.
The Law of Time states that: Energy factored by time equals art. In this equation, (E) refers to all phenomena in their processes of unfoldment; (T) is the present moment functioning according to the ratio constant 13:20. Everything shaped by time is art.

Synchronicity is the operation of a higher moving template of mathematical order that coordinates all phenomena telepathically. This creates the fourth-dimensional reality, the synchronic order. The fundamental cycles of the synchronic order are:

4-day cycles (harmonics):

Smallest fractal cycle. The 20 solar seals are coded by four colors to create the five time cells (4 x 5 = 20). Each of these sets is called a harmonic with a basic pattern of meaning: red (initiates), white (refines), blue (transforms), yellow (ripens).

5-day cycles (chromatics):

Five day sequence that starts and ends with same color: Yellow Fire clan, Red Blood clan, White Truth clan, Blue Sky clan. There are 73 five-day chromatics to every 52 weeks.

7-day cycles (week or heptad):

Standard measure. There are four seven-day cycles per moon (4 x 7 = 28). Each day is coded by one of the seven radial plasmas.

13-day cycles (wavespells):

Standard fractal unit of measure. A wavespell can be 13 days, 13 weeks, 13 moons, 13 years, 13 baktuns, etc. There are 20 wavespells of 13 days per 260-day spin (20 x 13 = 260). See "Wavespell and Pulsars".

20-day cycles (vinals and solar seals):

20-day sequence always coded by the solar seal that codes the year. Creates an annual cycle of solar meditations.

28-day cycles (moons):

28 is the harmonic standard. 4 (weeks) x 7 (days) = 28. There are 13 moons per year (28 x 13 = 364) +1 (Day out of Time).

52-day cycles (castles):

Each castle consists of four color-coded wavespells (4 x 13 = 52). Five 52-day castles pace each 260-day spin (52 x 5 = 260) Castles are used to map different time ratios: 52 days, 52 years, etc.

65-day cycles (galactic seasons or spectrum):

There are four 65-day cycles within a 260-day spin. These cycles are coded by the third (electric) tone of the four kin of the polar earth family, i.e. Red Electric Serpent, White Electric Dog, Blue Electric Eagle and Yellow Electric Sun.

260-day cycles (one Tzolkin “spin”):

Fourth-dimensional timing gauge, based on a 13 x 20 matrix, which codes the 13:20 timing frequency.

365-day cycle (one solar orbit):

Also known as a solar ring, perfectly measured by the 13 Moon, 28-day harmonic standard.
364 + 1 (Day out of Time).

Note: If we coordinate the 13 Moon, 28-day pattern plus the 365^th day (Day out of Time) with the 260-day pattern, we arrive at a cycle of 18,980 days, or 52 years, or 73 of the 260-day patterns. Also note that the 52-year solar-galactic cycle corresponds to the orbit of Sirius B around Sirius A.

At its source, the synchronic order is pure mathematics; the mathematics of the fourth dimension. Number precedes consciousness. Number is supramental—beyond mind. Number is what gives mind its sense of order, harmony and organization. The synchronic order is based on a set of fourth-dimensional mathematical constants. The Galactic Compass demonstrates the complete mathematical principles of fourth-dimensional time.
The vastness of the universal order of time is knowable through simple mathematical codes and laws, the most basic being the ratio formulation: 4:7::7:13.  Coded within this formulation is the ratio of the universal frequency of synchronization: 13:20.
All numbers are composites and/or factors of each other. The primal numbers of time are 4, 7, 13 and 20. The primal numbers of space are 4, 5 and 9. The frequency of the Law of Time is 13:20—between the 13 and 20 is the seven. Between 3 and 7 is the four. Herein lies the form constant that establishes the ratio 4:7::7:13. Four is the root, seven is the stem and thirteen is the fruit. This is the primal ratio and cosmology of the Law of Time.

In this construct, there are three units on either side of the seven—this is the underlying law of three. 3 + 3 = 6. Six is the basis of the hexagisimal order.

3 + 1 + 3 = 7;
6 + 1 + 6 = 13.

Parallel constructs can be derived from doubling the law of three. So we have the 7, 13 and 20. The point is that the fundamental formulation of the numbers and patterns in time is contained in this formulation.

Particularly with the seven and the thirteen we are dealing with supremely cosmic frequencies, the 7 being derived from the interval of lost time in eternity and the 13 being the function of the 4:7::7:13 that creates endless cosmic cyclical patterns. The 13 then forms into a type of spiral which is known as the wavespell. By comparison, space is a static structure.
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10. Ten is the decimal base.
7 + 13 = 20. Twenty is the vigesimal base.
Fourth-dimensional time is based on 20 and third-dimensional space (as matter) is based on 10. That ratio difference is what creates the higher etheric patterns of time in relation to the denser patterns of space.

Symbolic structures are derived from the primary numbers of time: 4, 7, 13, and 20. The number 20 (4 x 5) actually incorporates a fifth force of space. In other words, the 20 is a function of time (7 and 13). It is also a function of space (4 x 5). When we multiply the space numbers 4 x 5, we arrive at the 20—a prime number of time. Therefore 20 is the magic number that comprises both space and time.  This is why twenty is known as the number of totality and 20 squared is 400, the pure fractal frequency of totality.
In the vigesimal system, 400 is written as 1.0.0, there are zero units in the 1-unit and 20- unit positions, and a 1 in the 400-unit position. This is the totality. The square of the totality of time (400) is four times greater than the square of the totality of space (100). Yet 1.0.0 vigesimal looks like 100 decimal.


The synchronic order is a matrix of living intelligence; it is a fourth-dimensional order of reality based on the Law of Time. We experience this order as synchronicity. Synchronicity refers to the underlying cosmic intelligence that synchronizes people, places and events into a meaningful order. We experience synchronicity when an outer event corresponds to our inner thoughts, perceptions or feelings.
Synchronicity follows a set of universal principles based on an underlying mathematical matrix. The more we learn about and tune into this matrix, the more we experience the synchronic order of reality. This is the purpose of the codes of time and the 13 Moon 28-day calendar.  Daily use of the 13 Moon calendar increases incidences of synchronicity by deepening our intuitive awareness of the interconnectedness of people and events.
Since everything is synchronized by time, all that exists is organized by the synchronic order. To know or perceive this order requires a degree of self-reflective consciousness. Applying the codes of the synchronic order gives us a fresh lens to view our lives and the universe around us.
The system of the synchronic order is a rich layering of symbolically coded patterns. By learning these patterns, our thought structures are reoriented with multi-layered meanings. In the synchronic order, the most fundamental pattern is created by the interaction of the 13 tones and 20 seals. This 13:20 pattern combines with the 13 Moon 28-day cycle to create a comprehensive template of synchronicity. This template demonstrates a richness of organization of time that is incomprehensible from the point of the view of the clock and Gregorian calendar.

Beginner's

The following is a step-by-step guide for navigating your way through the synchronic order, the exciting realm of universal synchronicity.
You can start to experience the magic of the synchronic order by finding your galactic signature. Your galactic signature is your code name for your mythic or fourth-dimensional self.  Each galactic signature is a gateway or portal that can be used to discover different aspects of your being.
Your specific galactic signature corresponds with a number, color, Earth family, chakra, planet, and much more. Through the synchronic order, events and people in our lives can be viewed from a higher-dimensional vantage point revealing ever-deepening patterns of meaning.
Note: Your galactic signature occurs once every 260 days. Likewise, each day contains a specific galactic signature that can be “read” through the lens of the synchronic order.
1.      Use your galactic signature to find yourself in the Book of Kin.  Note that your particular signature correlates to an affirmation. This affirmation is meant to be meditated on. It is derived from a mathematical code representing a stage of galactic consciousness. Also note that your galactic signature in the Book of Kin occurs within a particular harmonic. A harmonic is always a color-coded set of four signatures that follows the sequence: red, white, blue, yellow.
2.      Find and note your solar seal on the planet holon and the human holon. A holon refers to the holographic essence of any given form: human, planet, star, galaxy.

3.      Find your Earth Family. The four seals of your earth family recur every four years.  This creates a pattern that repeats 13 times in a 52-year cycle. There are five earth families: Polar, Cardinal, Core, Signal and Gateway. Each Earth family corresponds to a specific chakra. Note that the Earth families also code the planet holon in five horizontal rows.
4.      Find your corresponding planetary orbit. In the synchronic order the purpose of a planet is to hold its orbit in relation to the other planetary orbits and altogether in relation to the Sun or stellar unit of the evolving star system. The frequencies of the planets in relationship to each other account for the creation of different stages or aspects of consciousness.

5.      Find your Destiny Oracle. Each galactic signature is defined by a five-part structure called the Destiny Oracle.

On the graphic above, each five-part cross is a Destiny Oracle. To find your oracle, locate the cross which has your Solar Seal in the center. For example if you are a White Dog, find the cross with the White Dog solar seal in the center.

Then use the chart below to find your guide Solar Seal (the blank square at the top of the five-part cross). The graphic below also describes the powers of the individual pieces of the oracle.

6.      Locate your kin number on the Tzolkin/Harmonic module. Note that the 52 shaded units are known as galactic activation portals. These are days of extra high frequency. On the Tzolkin locate your birth wavespell. A wavespell is a cycle of 13 days, moons, years, baktuns, etc.

7.      Chart your Destiny Castle. The Destiny castle defines the sequence of 52 annual signatures that occur from the time you are born up to your 52^nd birthday. Beginning with your 52^nd birthday, the cycle repeats. The basis of the Destiny Castle is the repeating pattern of four seals that constitute your Earth family.  Every year the galactic tones advance by one. Since there are 13 tones and 4 seals per Earth family, this creates the cycle of 52. The purpose of Telektonon is to overcome the power of false time and restore the power of true time. Since telepathy is a function of true time, to play the Telektonon is to rediscover the technology of telepathy. Because all of humanity is now living and following the curse of false time, the thirteen moon Telektonon and the return of telepathy is a universal antidote for all of humanity.
Time is a frequency. The frequency of true time is 13:20, thirteen moons, 20 fingers and toes. The frequency of false time is 12:60, twelve-month calendar and 60-minute hour.
12:60 time is "false" because it limits the mind and consequent life style to the third dimension. 13:20 time is "true" because it liberates the mind and consequent life style into the fourth dimension. While the third dimension is physical and knowable to the senses, the fourth dimension is telepathic and knowable to the mind. Through playing Telektonon, our third-dimensional reality is reorganized by fourth-dimensional, telepathic knowing.

The Telektonon Playing Board

The Telektonon playing board is a map of our solar system understood from the point of view of the cosmology of telepathy.

The daily mapping of the playing board instructs you in the fourth-dimensional science of synchronometrics, the measurement of synchronicity. Synchronicity is how we experience telepathy.

28-day Cycle Joining Heaven and Earth

This is the base 28-day cycle of the 13 Moon calendar. The 28-day cycle represents the circuit which connects Earth to Uranus, following the 28-day cycle is how our consciousness repairs the damaged flux tube system of our solar system (Velatropa 24), allowing our Sun, "Kinich Ahau" (Velatropa 24.3) to sound the fifth force chord. This is the stellar purpose of the 13 Moon 28-day cycle.

16-day Warrior's Cube Journey

Days 7-22 of every 28-day moon you have 16 days to practice your telepathic powers of awakened intelligence and prophecy.

20-day Cycle: Galactic/Karmic and Solar/Prophetic Flows

Each of the 20 Solar Seals corresponds to one planet in the ten-planet solar system, two Seals per planet (the tenth planet being the destroyed planet, Maldek, which is now the asteroid belt).
The Galactic/Karmic flow is the in-breath of the Sun, Kinich Ahau of energy coming into the solar system from the outer galaxy.
The Solar/Prophetic flow is the out-breath of Kinich Ahau, sending the solar energy back out to the galaxy.

What is the 13 Moon Calendar?

The 13 Moon, 28-day calendar is a new standard of time for all people everywhere who desire a genuinely new world. If the calendar and time we follow is irregular, artificial and mechanized, so becomes our mind. As is our mind, so our world becomes, as is our world today: Irregular, artificial and mechanized. But if the calendar we follow is harmonic and in tune with natural cycles, so also will our mind become, and so we may return to a way of life more spiritual and in harmony with nature.
The 13 Moon calendar synchronizes solar and galactic cycles on July 26 correlating with the star Sirius.  Each of the 13 moons has a power, action, and quality which define an annual program to synchronize our consciousness with the galactic cycles.
As a perfect measure of cosmic time, this calendar is actually a synchronometer, an instrument for measuring synchronicity. Followed daily, it gives us a new lens in which to perceive events. In the New Time, synchronicity is the norm.
The 13 Moon 28-day synchronometer is a harmonic timespace matrix. It takes the moon 28 days to orbit the Earth; it makes this orbit 13 times each year. The standard of measure is the 28-day cycle, called a moon, because it is the median between the 29.5-day synodic cycle of the moon (new moon to new moon) and the 27.1-day sidereal cycle of the moon. Hence, it is a measure of Earth’s solar orbit using the 28-day lunar standard. This creates a perfect orbital measure of 13 moons of 28 days, totaling 364 days, or 52 perfect weeks of 7 days each. Because the 365^th day is no day of the moon or week at all, it is known as the “day out of time” - a day to celebrate peace through culture and time is art!
